We accept components from across Europe. Before shipping, send photographs and wait for confirmation of the scope and delivery arrangement.

Photographs first, secure shipment second.
The initial review helps confirm whether the components are within CWR's scope. The final scope is agreed after the parts have arrived and been inspected.

Send a complete photo set
Show every component, its reverse, edges and mounting points, plus close-ups of cracks, lifting veneer and missing material.

Wait for confirmation
Include the make, model, year, shipping country and desired finish. We reply within 48 hours.

Wrap every piece separately
Use a soft protective layer followed by cushioning. Components must not touch one another or the walls of the box.

Use a rigid outer box
Fill empty space, protect corners and photograph the completed package before closing it.

Choose tracked shipping
Agree the insured value and transport conditions with the carrier. Keep the receipt and tracking number.

Restoration and return
We confirm the scope after inspection. A typical complete restoration takes about 2–3 months; payment and return shipping are agreed individually.
