1. Controller and contact
The controller of personal data supplied in connection with enquiries to CWR — Classic Wood Restoration is CWR. Privacy enquiries may be sent to cwr.renowacja@gmail.com.
2. Data we receive
We may receive information that you provide voluntarily, including your name, contact details, country, vehicle information, descriptions of parts and photographs. The website host may retain standard technical data such as IP address, request time, browser type and requested URL in operational and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- replying, preparing an initial assessment and taking steps before a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- correspondence, security and the establishment or defence of claims — legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- compliance with legal duties where a transaction takes place — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. External communication services
The website does not send enquiry-assistant data to CWR. It remains in the browser until you choose a channel. When you open email, WhatsApp, Messenger or Facebook, the provider also processes data under its own privacy terms.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be handled by providers of hosting, infrastructure, email and messaging, and by parties supporting an agreed restoration, only as necessary for the stated purpose. We do not sell personal data. Global providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards used by that provider.
6. Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle an enquiry and any resulting work, and afterwards where required for accounting or the protection of legal claims. Enquiries that do not result in work are ordinarily deleted within 12 months unless there is a justified need to retain them longer.
7. Cookies and analytics
The current CWR website does not use its own advertising cookies or user-tracking analytics. The host may process technical logs necessary to serve the website securely. External websites apply their own terms after you follow a link.
8. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Send requests to the email address above.
9. Voluntary provision and changes
Providing data is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without contact details and a description of the parts. This policy may change if website functions, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this URL.
